I've coached athletes for 14 years: personal training and rehab through MindBodyBoat since 2012, head sailing coach at California Yacht Club, and youth coach at Peninsula Youth Sailing Foundation. I'm a licensed physical therapist assistant and studied sports nutrition at the University of Hawaii. Today I'm running an Olympic campaign for LA28 and building AI products like PackList. I coach founders and executives with the same system I run on myself.
